Building real communities.

What we do

Five areas of expertise. One approach: engineering that performs – and means more.

Our work on every project is driven by rigour, curiosity and a commitment to lasting impact.

Because every system we design is an opportunity – to give back, to support people and to build a better environment for the future.

Environmental Design Strategies

Sustainability as standard.

Whole-building thinking from day one. We shape projects with integrated environmental strategies — reducing energy demand, improving thermal comfort and meeting sustainability targets.

Evidence-led. Whole-building thinking. Better outcomes from the start.

MEP Engineering

Precision meets purpose.

Efficient mechanical, electrical and public health systems designed around real use. We bring technical excellence to every system we specify — ensuring those systems serve the people who depend on them.

From hospitals where reliability is critical, to schools where air quality shapes how children learn, to workplaces where comfort drives productivity — we design MEP systems that serve people first, performing from day one and for the future.

Reliable, efficient and built to perform long-term.

Daylight and Solar Design

Light is not a detail. It's a design decision.

We optimise daylight and solar performance to create healthier, more efficient spaces. Natural light changes how people feel, how well they learn, how quickly they recover and how productively they work. We use advanced modelling and analysis to optimise daylight and manage solar gain — creating spaces that are healthier, more efficient and more human.

Daylight design done right early means better outcomes across the whole building — from reduced energy use to improved occupant wellbeing. We help clients make those decisions with confidence and clarity.

Better light. Better wellbeing. Better buildings.

Decarbonisation

Clear, credible pathways to lower carbon . Built on evidence, not aspiration.

Decarbonisation starts with understanding where you are. We work with clients to establish a clear carbon baseline, identify the highest-impact opportunities for reduction and build a practical, prioritised route map towards a lower-carbon estate.

Whether you're working towards a net zero target, responding to regulatory pressure or simply committed to doing better — we help you move forward with a strategy that is honest, achievable and grounded in engineering reality.

No greenwash. Just engineering that moves things forward.

Net Zero Carbon

Beyond the target.

Net zero is a discipline, not a destination. Achieving it requires thinking that runs through every stage of a project — from decisions at briefing stage through to how a building is operated and maintained after handover. Net zero thinking is a discipline embedded at every stage – from brief to operation – it's a thread that runs through everything.

We work with clients across the public and private sector to define what net zero means for their specific context, set credible targets and design the systems and strategies that make those targets achievable.

Defining, designing and delivering credible strategies that work in the real world.
